StrainSmart Data Systems StrainSmart data systems can directly accept all commonly-found sensors including strain gauges, load cells, displacement sensors, LVDTs, thermocouples, piezoelectric devices (accelerometers). Our fast, intuitive software produces high-integrity data, providing error corrections, anti-aliasing, and data conversion automatically. Demonstrations are available at you own site, enabling you to evaluate the systems for your own requirements. We will even connect to your own inputs to show how quickly the systems can be configured to connect, collect data and output to spreadsheet (limitations apply). All our StrainSmart systems are supplied with free software updates, free technical support, a three-year warranty, NIST (UKAS-traceable) calibration certificate and one-day on-site installation/training (conditions apply).

System 7000 Our newest, flagship data system, this has the power and facilities you would expect from the leader in strain gauges. Available as a 128 or 32-channel rack, it can be expanded in groups of 8 to many thousands of channels. Data can be captured at up to 2048 samples/second in parallel on every channel with anti-aliasing filters automatically selected. System 7000 128-channel scanner Ethernet data connections enable System 7000 to be connected anywhere on your test site (many kilometers away) and multiple units can be distributed to be close to each measurement point. Self Calibration A major feature is our "self calibration" function that enables almost instantaneous calibration of all channels, representing weeks of saved downtime and a huge cost saving.
